In addition to your contact information, please specify the following:

The factual background that is relevant to the issue(s).
A concise statement of the issue(s) to be researched.
The format in which you require the results (i.e. detailed memorandum with extensive analysis, brief memorandum, or merely copies of the relevant case law and/or secondary authorities).
Whether you require delivery of electronic copies (by e-mail) or paper copies (by regular mail) or both.
If delivery is to be in electronic format, whether you require a format other than Word, RTF, HTML or PDF.
Your expectations as to turnaround time.
Your client’s budget for the required research (if any).
